Beware, VNC is a major bandwidth hog and quite clumsily written on the win32 platform .. it's also terrible with Windows 2000 at this point. :(

You just enter the IP address or host name of the computer where the VNC agent is running and you get a terminal screen as if you were sitting in front of the machine.
