This is an issue with OE, not iMail. When the current email box gets new
mail OE seems unable to do a refresh on its own. So you need to help it. I
just add the refresh button to the tool bar and tell every one to hit it.
Works like a charm. A similar/side issue is if you leave Outlook (not OE)
running and do email from another machine (either OE or the Web). Outlook
gets REALLY cranky and you have to work through multiple popups about
headers not matching and the like. So I've gotten in the habit of turning
off Outlook when I'm not in the office.
