[IMail Forum] Deleting users via the Web Interface

I have a customer using a IP assigned domain that can't delete customers
from his domain.  He can add them, modify them, but can't delete them.  I
tried on our domain as the system administrator with Imail system
permissions and it works, but on his it only works if I give him Imail
system admin permissions, not a good thing.  Anyone have any idea whats up
with this?
