Hey Joe,

This smells like the silcon.com.hk is sniffing the reverse domain for your 
Imail's ip address and not finding the correct delegation, whereas the 
reverse delegation was ok for the previous ip address of Imail.

What's in your Imail smtp log file for the delivery attempts that fail to 
HK?  turn on Imail smtp debugging if you need more info.

btw, I can't send to that mailbox either.  I cant' see why not.
