Hi Dan,

Is that an option that is supposed to be an option in Outlook under Tools ->
Options -> Mail Format -> Stationery and Fonts? I don't see it there. Thanks
for any further help on selecting the "Printable version" option.

Bill

They'll probably display fine if you select "Printable version". IMail doesn't
handle html mixed with plain text very well.

We had a problem with emails sent from Outlook recently. Emails that
were opened online (via Web Messaging) appeared with no message body. We
discovered that messages sent from Outlook clients that were using stationery
resulted in this problem. (If the email was forwarded to another Outlook
client, the recipient could open and read the message body.) When the sender
"turned off" Outlook stationery, the message bodies appeared online fine.

        Hope this helps,

        Bill

That sounds right. We are using 8.2 HF2 also. We have already gone
back to Declude 1.82 a few weeks ago. Actually that may coincide with
when I started seeing these messages.... Hmm... Something to think
about. What version of Declude are you running?

Anyway all day yesterday when I would look at task manager there would
be 15-20 Declude processes running. I did some global.cfg surgery
trying to weed out the less effective dnsbl and filter tests. I figure
that the dnsbl tests are most likely the reason for the extended
lifetime of the Declude processes, and the filter files are the most
likely culprits for higher resource usage. I'm extremely hesitant to go
back up to 2.06, but I may try it out for a day.
