Hi,   We have the same problem. IMAP service will fail for no apperent resaon, :-( a restart will always be succesfull. It will fail anywhere from a few hours after a restart up til several days after.   We are using 8.05 HF3. I have even had the logfile at debug level but they were getting too big.   I have a tool that will check several services including the IMAP service and alert me via SMS, that way I'll know within a few minutes of failure and be able to restart the service before most people realise it's down.
