We don't take any additional "ownership" or "responsibility" for their mail beyond what we are already assume as their domain hosting provider.  We simply copy all the mail to and from their domain to a single account and they are responsible for downloading that email account for their own central storage/hr/whatever needs.

Additionally we do NOT advertise this "service", but if a client asks about the possibility of doing it we say "sure".

What are you guys charging (if anything) to customers for a copyall
service? It appears you can really only do this for one domain as well.
