If you're running IMail users from the registry then check to make sure the registry keys are set up properly.  Not sure how you migrated them...  Also, you might check registry permissions.

We host several hundred domains on an Imail v8.0 server running Win 2003 server. (I have just moved it to a new box that was previously running Win 2k)
 
There were several domains that had a user set up as a host admin for their own domain. Since the migrations, all host admins now only see the user associated with the Official Host Name of the box (i.e our helpdesk users)...they cannot see the users on their own domain.
 
Cannot find anything in the KB associated with this problem.
 
Has anyone seen this issue before?
