I find the Global config file and removed the osirus entry's and still have the problem, what is the name of the log file I should be looking for in the Spool Directory?? I see a bunch of .vir and .dec files which look like declude logs but is there another log file I should be looking for??

Chances are it's a subdirectory under IMail. IMail does not have a global.cfg file. You need to look in your log files to see what is going on. Also, this RBL (relays.osirusoft.com) has been dead for a long time. It will tag everything as an open relay. You need to remove this test from your global config file.
