Thanks for posting the ftp address for BIND 8.x, I had heard earlier that an
NT port of BIND 8.x had been created, but couldn't seem to locate it. For
some reason, ISC hasn't posted it on the resources area of their site.

ISC's BIND effort received a contribution of BIND 8.8.2 for NT from Nortel.

There you go. The person who sent me that pretty much said to not use 4.9,
that's why I was curious.

I wasn't aware there was a binary of 8.0.x for NT. I thought if you ran NT
you were more or less required to run 4.9.x.. which was why that line was
still around.
