I run about 40 domains of just a few users each. The 250-user license fits my organization fine (well, it did in the past - I didn't pony up the $600 for IMail maintenance). The recent price-points (albeit on different Ipswitch products) had a very low domain count available if not the unlimited (multi-grand price) license, which effectively pushes me to a lower cost (read; Non-Ipswitch) solution.
