Yes, that is correct.  If you have an active SA, then you are entitled to
all versions released during your SA.  We are anticipating a few releases in
the next 12 months starting with the 2006 release in approximately one
month.

I may have overlooked an email but if we have an active service
agreement then we should be entitled to whatever version of the software
we are licensed for.
