Look at this line: ERR mail.cydian.com invalid user <[EMAIL PROTECTED]
There is a > missing. Check to make sure they are not using < or > when entering the address when sending mail. And second, make sure if you have a Cisco PIX firewall that you have SMTP fixup disabled. Third, make sure it shouldn't be mail.abcdef.com and not just adcdef.com.
