I get the same IP when I do an nslookup or ping from the server.

So check the IP adress of spamcop on your server and on a test system. I
don't know if spamcop is doing any DNS Load-balacing, but my actual
Address is:
bl.spamcop.net [216.127.43.94]

If you get anaother response from your server (doing e.g. a ping
bl.spamcop.net) either your hosts file or your dns-server is compromised
or you have a wrong list in imail names spamcop

if you host file or local DNS is compromised, you should reinstall your
server from scratch and apply all patches.
