Last year, when Ipswitch started shipping ICS, we stopped selling IMail Professional altogether (new and Service Agreements were both discontinues). About one month after ICS shipped, we reinstated IMail Service Agreements but not IMail for new customers. So existing IMail customers could renew via a Service Agreement but customers looking to buy a new IMail standalone server or existing customers looking to purchase additional IMail licenses were not able to. With the changes announced yesterday, customers can now buy IMail Server (comes with the new web admin and web templates) at 5 user levels and IMail Service Agreements at 5 users levels.
