With regards to item 1 - This is very easy to solve. Just add a :8383 host header using the IIS MMC.

I think I am going to set up a separate box and install 8.2 for my users who are having major problems (i.e - Mac users, whiners, etc.). Some of my users like the look and feel of the new interface and can probably deal with some issues until they get ironed out. I agree with those taking up for Ipswitch. Although I did not expect to have as many problems as I'm having, I do have faith in their commitment and ability to work things out. For now - here are my major issues: 1. User Log In - Most users use their domain:8383 to get their mail and I have many forms on may websites that point to the former CGI script. I've set up redirects and have found a fix for the form, but to complete the process I am looking at about 2 full days of work - Can we get an easier fix for this? 2. Speed - The web mail is so slow! My users are accustomed to a quick click email system. Now they think the page is dead because there is no action, processing note or even an hour glass to let them know the server is working. 3. Resource Hog - I have notices that the process PO3d32.exe and SMTPd32.exe trade off in utilizing up to 98% of my Imail dedicated 2.8 Ghz Processor with 1 GB RAM. I never even got close to this with the previous version. I can under stand the requirement for increased resources, but this jump seems to be a bit much for changes that seem to amount to not much more than aesthetic. 4. Host Admin Link - I can't have 2 different log ins for my admins. On one hand I am telling them I just upgraded to the latest and greatest and on the other I'm telling them there are more steps for them to remember to do their job. This should be an easy fix. When I log in as a System Admin un IClient - I have the option to click on Web Admin. This needs to be done for the Host admins as well. 5. Contacts Gone - We need a very easy fix to bring back the contacts from the previous version. If I was a programmer I would write my own email ap - I need a simple tool that will remedy this problem. 6. Old Messages Don't Show Up - Some of my users are experiencing a problem viewing the subject and sender of old messages in the message list frame. The only thing that shows up on the line and the "@". 7. Continuity Between Web Mail Frames - The web mail seems to do auto-checks for mail every 5 minutes or so. I can see that the message count changes in the left side tree, but the new messages don't show up in the message list frame until I click Check Mail. Furthermore - My message count shows 2 unread (new) messages for my Inbox, yet none of the messages are bolded... 8. MAC Users - Don't these users know they should abandon their smooth running macs for our virus laden Windows platform? I think that's it - If Ipswitch can handle fixing these issues in the next 20 days I won't consider asking form my contract renewal money back... Thanks! I have too many domains and too many users to reeducate my clients. I think my best bet at this point is to roll back to 8.2. I've been using Imail since version 6 and have never had - nor anticipated any major issues like what I many others have encountered with what seems to be a premature release of the 2006 version. I did not make a backup of my 8.2 configuration - so is it possible for me to roll back to 8.2 without further damage? Thanks!
