Since converting to IMail 2006 I'm having a few customer report that they cannot login to the new web interface.  These are virtual accounts and they are using the full email address as account name.  I am able to log in as them from my computer using their login/pwd and have confirmed they have the correct login info.

It appears something is different in IMail 2006 that's causing certian logins to fail when they worked under 8.1.  I don't know where to begin looking or what to tell them.

Is Imail using session variables in this version?  I'm an ASP developer and have run into cases before where disabled cookies or other browser security settings block session variables.  I've also seen cases where Norton Internet Security or other firewall software blocks session cookies.

Thanks,
Gary

btw,  I've had a string of problems with this upgrade but I'm sticking with it.  Most of my problems stemmed from having selected one domain for IIS in the installation,  then manually moving the virtual directories to another domain after it was finished.
