OK, so I'm told that the RFC for IMAP allows the server to disconnect. The question is, does IMail do this, and is it controllable?

Here is the reference I was given:

The IMAP RFC 2060 specifies that the server is allowed to disconnect the clients after 30 minutes of inactivity. The following excerpt from the RFC discusses the server behavior: "If a server has an inactivity autologout timer, that timer MUST be of at least 30 minutes' duration. The receipt of ANY command from the client during that interval should suffice to reset the autologout timer."

So do we have an adjustable logout timer in IMail. I'm currently using 7.15, with plans to eventually upgrade to 2006.

Thanks,

Ben
