Perhaps that's your problem...
Virtuals login username would be:
user%virtualdomainname.com for Eudora
It's never been like that with my Eudora since 1997, why would it
need to be that now?
If something has changed, that something is broken.
Imagine the user anger and support problems if upgrading Imail forced
every Eudora user to change a Eudora personalty from, eg,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to lconrad%go2france.com
