To catch just the "[WO-"  part this will work :
        [EMAIL PROTECTED] 

I think you can work further by doing something like this:
        [EMAIL PROTECTED] 

The second one I'm not that sure about syntax to catch the 8 digits and 4
digits, but their rule description is here:
