Hi, The ISP could potentially be blocking port
25, the standard SMTP port. Have them try to telnet into the SMTP server. Most
ISP’s do offer a workaround SMTP server to remedy this issue. Matt From:

w/outlook 2000 and it's getting this: 09:46:04: (Your server has
unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server
problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.) What can be happening? she can connect to pop3.
I don't have any entries in imail's log either. I only see pop3 entries
but no smtp. -------------------------------------------------------- Elliott Bujan Initial Tropical Plants voice: (847) 634 4250 ext. 99281 fax: (847) 634 6820 --------------------------------------------------------
