Might they have an affect for a busy server? http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20030828-DM01.htm and I though there was an article about increasing the number of TCP connections in Windows too....maybe that combination of a long TIME_WAIT and a low number of threads (Windows issue, not Imail) bring up this problem since Declude does parallel processing and may use more threads than a serial processor would. Just a thought................ ----------------------------------------- Travis Rabe -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Christopher Checca Sent: Tuesday, February 14, 2006 1:14 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] queuemgr problems again I would try to reduce the number of emails coming from your app ... I send 2500 to 3000 emails three times a day, I've used MS SMTP as an intermediate step to reduce that to only 10 at a time going to IMail, I'm not seeing any issues. (When I setup IMGate I redirected our MS SMTP server to forward the mail there ... but kept the 10 at a time settings since they worked well) Christopher Checca Packard Transport, Inc.
