It's worth a shot....down to what 30? Or 20? I cannot remember - do I need a reboot for that change to take affect?

I send 2500 to 3000 emails three times a day, I've used MS SMTP as an intermediate step to reduce that to only 10 at a time going to IMail, I'm not seeing any issues.
