While the way information was delivered to the customer base caused a lot of understandable confusion and concern, Declude has more than come through.
Barry at Declude went overboard to address issues and has given very good deals to existing customers to upgrade to higher versions at a much lesser cost than was previously possible. They have also guaranteed all customers that they will be able to continue with the current licensing and support models. In the end this exercise has benefited Declude customers significantly. Declude handled the situation much better than the previous IMail fiascos, that thankfully Kevin G here has made great strides in reducing the effects of.
