If you mean the domain: integratedmicrosys.com then smtp.integratedmicrosys.com does not appear to be an IMail system and it does not appear to be running a POP3 service (no response at all!).
My guess is this is a firewall/proxy or maybe a spam filtering system. It responds on port 25 with: 220 etrust.IMSNT.local SMTP service ready (not a normal IMail response) But as Eric said, without your confirmation of the domain info, well, it is impossible to be sure! This is has been a constant ongoing issue for me. I have no firewall, not even any anti-virus on the machine running Imail, so I can be sure that no ports are blocked. Any ideas on what could be causing this? There are too many complaints of this issue from various users on various virtual domains. Too many to ignore and it's really giving me a headache!! HELP?
