in our industry paranoia never got anyone fired but in this case I don't believe it's too much of a worry

UM, I would delete that account and re-create one and e-mail it to him
privately as I'm sure spammers would love to get a legit username and
password...and I'm sure they watch these lists....

Or am I paranoid?

What it the IP of the server? Can you set up a test account that we can
try to log in with?

Sorry, I had to leave the office yesterday and go to a client site.

The domains vary, they are all virtual domains.

The primary domain is imswebsvc.com

In order to be of any help you cannot mask the domain names. I have
nothing
to look at this way

"Unable to connect to server, Account: smtp.DOMAIN.com, POP3 Server,
DOMAIN.com"

This is the error that some of my POP3 users are getting. This is has
been a constant ongoing issue for me. I have no firewall, not even any
anti-virus on the machine running Imail, so I can be sure that no ports
are blocked.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? There are too many complaints
of this issue from various users on various virtual domains. Too many
to ignore and it's really giving me a headache!!

HELP?
