Should I have the host name in IMail be the same as the NetBIOS name?
I changed the server for IMail earlier this year. The old server was named 'mail', and I named the new one 'rmcmail'. I kept the DNS info the same, and did not change the NetBIOS name.
I created an DNS alias in my internal zone for 'mail' to 'rmcmail' and I added the full name of the server to the host aliases in IAdmin.
