Of course.

Well,  that's up to you. The primary reason they don't give a quote as
that  they  don't  want  to  compete  directly with VARs. I share your
reluctance  and have had as many bad experiences as good in this area.
But this is one product for which I don't mind the secrecy.

Yes,  as  Dave  suggests,  there's Neverfail, as well as Veritas and a
bunch  of  other  apps.  Block-level replication is not rocket science
anymore, but the available offerings differ significantly by price and
bells/whistles  (often  in  an  inverse  relationship!), as well as in
official  OS  vendor  support  (which  is important in large corporate
installations).
