They don't even contact us about wanting to be unsubscribed. If they contacted us, we would at least have a dialogue and could work on getting them removed. We have tried sending email to the list with a subject of "ATTENTION AOL USERS", or something similar to get their attention, so that we could work with them if they didn't want to be on the email list. They won't even read those messages.
