Hello everyone -

I have one of our clients who has been told that people are getting what
appears to be an error message back when sending them emails. However, the
client is in fact receiving the messages. I looked through the logs and
below is what I found. Looking in the KB said this is about the mail client
requesting a receipt. It looks like it is happening when messages are sent
to one particular person (I tried it as well and got a similar response).
Below are the details

Any ideas?

Todd
