Change the order of their Rules if others are listed for the mailbox. I attached a rule to the main company mailbox that any emails to <users> in the header automatically forward to that users mailbox. It works great. Would you like to post your rule ?

Does anybody know what I need to do to avoid this issue and make sure that all emails to a specific person go to his mailbox. Any help is greatly appreciated.
