Hi Nick-

Silly question: Did you reboot the server or at least stop/start the SMTP service after making the changes?
I did. Spoke to tech support as well and they pointed out I had missed changing an IP within the registry *but* same result still happens. What I am thinking now as the cause is - because some servers can receive messages from me after I change IP's - is somehow someway the ones that are refusing the connection have my old ip cached in some way? Not a big problem but something I would like to resolve at some point.

Hi,

When I change the primary ip on my Imail 8.15 server I no longer can send mail, I get the above error message and the emails are queued. When I revert the settings back all works fine. Can anyone help me with a solution? [I did change the primary ip of the primary domain in the registry and removed the original ip from the nic]

Thanks in advance!
