It’s a new host that’s missing a Reverse PTR record.   As for your problem, yes, it does work. I find however that making a phone call and speak with a real human does a better job timewise than working through the email process alone.   Troy D. Yes - they are using DNSBLs now.  The one in particular that go tme was SORBS.  Out Colo facility has a TTL of lower than 43200 on our PTRs.  This is unacceptable according to SORBS.  The Colo was very cool in getting the changes made, but turnaround time at SORBS is roughly 24-48 hours.
