Hello, The solution is simple. You can use the
immsgexp tool to delete the emails from the mailboxes. You can set up a
scheduler to run the immsgexp tool in the server every night so that the emails
from mailboxes are deleted each night and this way you don’t have to
worry about the autoresponse to be sent to the email senders. Warm Regards, From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Behalf Of Sharyn Schmidt Hi,
Due
to a business realignment, a lot of our folks are no longer with us.
I
have been intstructed to set up an autoreply advising people that email the
folks that have gone, that they are no longer with us. I
have also been instructed to make sure that any mail that they receive is
deleted from their mailbox, so we don't have unread mail piling up on the
server. The
autoreply I know how to set. I am unsure how to remove mail automatically from
their mailbox. I am also unsure what order this is done in. If I set up a rule
to delete all mail to their address, will the autoreply ever get sent out? What
is the best way to handle this? I'm
running an older version of IMAIL, V7.15. Thanks!
