Hmm.. wierd. Is anyone else unable to duplicate this problem?

I use Netscape 4.7(uk) / IE 5.01(uk) and results are everytime the same, in our own
and mail.hksi.net mail system as well. Special characters in body are changed
something like this:

-=F6=E4'=F6'=E4as=F6sd
 =E4'=F6sd=E4'=F6=E4=F6=E4=F6
 '=F6=E4'=F6'=F6'=E4
 =F6
 '=F6'=F6'=E4=F6=E4'=F6
 =F6'=E4=F6=E4'=F6

I can't understund why this is happening. When message does not contain attachments,
any special characters are readable. With attachment it turns to text like above. What
is causing this? We use lots of attachments in our messages ('cause we are research
institute) and our language contains huge amount of words witch contains special
characters. This causes that our users (300+) are very pissed because thise "feature"
is causing more work, words in the are partitial and very hard to make sense. There
must be something that can be done to correct this problem.

If IPSwitch technical support is reading this: DO SOMETHING! (please)
