I have been thinking about this.  I was going to try to develop something.

My Web Server is on a different machine from my iMail server so you can't just run the command-line apps. but you can make aliases to run those programs.

There's no way that I know of to find out the next available IP address. Unless, of course, you create virtual servers for everyone. Sometimes my clients want their own IP's.

Either way, if you want them to have their own IP you have to keep a separate database on your Web server which keeps track of what ip's you have available.  Then you populate an IP and send an e-mail to the main server requesting the insertion of the virtual Domain. (I'm assuming this is possible, never tried it)

Then you send another e-mail to create an alias on the new virtual server to allow for a new user.  Then send mail to that alias populating the virtual Server.

If you already have theh virtual server created. Adding a new user is as easy as sending an e-mail.
