Well unless you know a special way to install the Access database, Access databases can only be accessed on the machine it is on. The actual db is on another machine on our network which is also registered as a DSN of different name on that machine. The reason for this is that I am running ColdFusion on the other machine and am using the db for various aspects of a site. I am also intending to integrate automated creation of email accounts on member subscription to the web site.   I have ensured that connections are valid between machines and indeed I am able to add/update users in the external db using Imail administrator and vice versa.   The problem is that as soon as I try logging into the (testing123) account I have set up, using either web based access, or Microsoft Outlook Express, the username and password won't authorize so I can't receive any mail.
