With the holiday, I didn't try to run it down anymore. I changed the DNS server just before I left. I haven't had any more reports of the issue, but I think that it's more because of user apathy than anything. I'll have to ask (which I hate to do because it always brings a flood of minor complaints, like my PC is too old, or I want such and such software). :)
