I am using 2006.1 and often users call in with corrupted mailboxes.
What we usually find is an email with a large attachment.  If we
manually remove the message with a text editor their mailbox works
again.  There error they receive is as follows:

An error occurred and the messages could not be retrieved for the
selected folder.  You will now be returned to your home page.

I'm wondering how common this is.  Anyone have the same issue?  I do
have mailbox size restrictions in place, if that makes a difference.
