Get a /24???    I know Qwest and AT&T you must prove that you are using 80%
of the addresses or they will take the /24 away!    They don't care if you
move or not ... now a days most companies only need 8 or fewer addresses to
handle all their needs anyway.

Yep. Most organizations of any size get at least a /24 from their provider.

So how big is your netblock? Do you have a /24 (255 addresses / 252 usable) 
?

If so, it seems you have problem in your system.

If not, as it says, take this up with your provider. It seems they are not 
doing a good job of policing their users..

If you can't get your own /24 from your provider, threaten to move. You 
might have to renumber your network, but your provider will probably not 
want to lose you.
