I really don't want another Dell and Gateway's pricing for a Dual Core Xeon
is out of line with everyone else ($1000 add-on).

Will the Dual Core or Core Duo Pentiums handle the load without a gateway?
We receive 30 to 40k emails per day and only pass around 3 to 5k per day.
This is a small ISP plus a couple of hosted clients. Right now we have a
2.4gig Xeon and it does pretty well. I'm also considering building one.
