Where else could it be getting it from?
I have flushed the dns cache.
I can ping by name & the correct address will answer, which tells me my own
windows dns is correct.

The DNS cache in the queue manager is a memory only cache; if you stop and
start the queue manager it's gone. After restarting the queue manager if
it's still using the old address that means it's getting that address from
somewhere else.
