First thing is to ensure you have ASP.NET 2.0 installed! (run Windows Update - it is listed there then you don't have it installed - just select and download)
Open IIS and right click on the site name - properties,ASP.NET - you'll see a drop box that will allow you to choose the .NET version from those installed on your machine.
