Just remove that option from the user's record - by removing that option
when creating the user.   For External DB, there should be an SQL statement
to have the same effect.

Hello All,

We are getting ready to upgrade this weekend to 2006.2 from 8.22 and
have most everything working fine on a test box.  The one thing I need
to do is to be able to hide the Change Password section in the
UserOptions.aspx file.  I have not done much with .net yet, therefore I
am not sure the best way to do this.

Basically, if a certain domain is the domain logged in, I need to
disable/hide that option.  Can anyone offer some help?
