Finally got thru to CS at ipswitch, guy named boucher helped me out. He clicked the ok button on the aladdin error and kept installing and then activated after the installation. Everything seems to be running ok, this server is not in production yet. I have to migrate the users and data to the new box will get to that tonight.

Eric, I saw the same problem while updating from 2006.1 to 2006.2. Dell 830 which is not Dual Core but Hyperthreading. Windows 2003 R2 Standard with SP2 applied. I mentioned the problem here in the list last Saturday but got no reply so far. As Aladdin has to do with licensing I don't know if my IMail is now running in trial mode or not.
