Do you have a reference for that article?  I didn't find anything in Ipswitch's 
knowledge base for the dual proc issue.  Thanks for the aid.

It's not me calling it a bug.  Tech support told me it was a bug and they had 
an article about how to fix it.

I had trouble installing 2006 (original not .2).  It turned out to be a bug - 
the software won't install properly on a dual processor machine.  I don't know 
if they fixed that in .2, but it sounds like they didn't.  The error you're 
describing was exactly what I was seeing.  The "fix" involved tricking the 
server.  Apparently I did a terrible job of documenting it though... <rueful 
grin>  I can't find the notes.  I know it involved making the server think it 
was a single processor server temporarily.
 
If you can get Tech Support on the phone again, they should be able to search 
for that issue and help you right away.

Trying to do a clean install and get the error that Aladdin HASP SL Runtime has 
ENCOUNTERED an internal error.
 
 
Any ideas?  Been waiting on hold for a while with IPswitch.  Server is a Dell 
6600 with 2003 enterprise with all service packs and .net 2.0
