Hi,

Due to a company merger, we will be changing both email domain names and
email address format.

Currently, our official host name in Imail is Cruzaninc.com.

Our email format is first initial of first name, last name @cruzaninc.com

Due to a previous name change, todhunter.com is an alias of cruzaninc.com so
all email addressed to me at either [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] goes to the cruzaninc.com address.

Our email domain will be changing to floridadistillers.com and our email
format will be changing to firstname.lastname.

So, my new address will be [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I am trying to wrap my brain around how best to do this. We are eventually
going to phase out the todhunter.com alias and no longer accept mail for
cruzaninc.com, however it has to be done in increments. Eventually, I want
to wind up with the OHN in Imail as floridadistillers.com.

At one point, though, all 3 have to be running simultaneously. Then, we will
no longer be accepting mail for the todhunter.com alias, then no longer
accepting mail for cruzaninc. We are looking at a 2 to 3 month "phase-out"
period.

I am open to suggestions on the most painless way to do this. I have control
of the DNS of all those domains so DNS is not an issue. I am just trying to
figure out the best way to do this in Imail. Make floridadistillers.com a
virtual domain has occurred to me, but then how do I get it switched over to
the primary domain after I get rid of cruzaninc and todhunter?

I also have about 25 internal email lists that will have to be switched over
the same way as the email accounts.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!
Sharyn
