Hello,
Anyone ran into a problem where all the account do not have "Allow Password Change" selected when upgrading from 8.22 to 2006.2?

I've had a couple clients call and complain that they can not change their passwords and upon research we find that the check box is no longer allowing these updates.

Is there a blanket statement that can be executed to change all the users to select the checkbox so that people can change their passwords?
