I second the Netscreen recommendation. Heads and shoulders above Sonicwall,
and if you're patient you can find some good deals on eBay.
I use two NS-25's with passive failover (only the config is shared between
the two units), but if you go with the NS-50, 204, or 208 models, you can
have active failover so you won't even drop sessions if you lose the primary
firewall.
