They are referring to setting up a "matching DNS and rDNS records".
While you have a PTR record setup for rDNS (216.81.209.221 = nnepa221.nnepa.com)
you do not have a matching forward DNS for the host nnepa221.nnepa.com. In fact, looking this hostname up returns no values.
